Nov 22 (Sunday, 3pm-10pm) Thanksgiving Dinner, Chelsea, MA
Join us for Thanksgiving Dinner with all the fixins'. Although in the past we've been able to offer the dinner for free to members, unfortunately this year we can't afford to do that, so the Steering Committee has decided to subsidize half the cost of the dinner. The cost of admission and dinner will be $10 for members and $15 for non-members. For the dinner portion of this event, the free admission for first-timers will not apply.
NOTE: In order for us to be able to better plan on the amount of food to buy and minimize waste due to no-shows, RSVPs with advance payment will be required. RSVPs can be done in the usual manner, by sending an email to RSVP with your full name to email@example.com. In addition, send a check for the proper amount (made out to BANG) to

All checks must be received no later than November 18th. Advance payments can also be made at any BANG party between now and November 18th.
Once the payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. Anyone arriving for the dinner without a valid reservation will be denied admission. Cancellations and refunds will be honored until November 18th.
After 6pm, this will be a standard potluck dance party. Dinner guests are welcome to attend the Dance Party for no extra charge. Anyone arriving after 6pm will be charged the normal admission fees of $8 for members and $13 for non-members. Guests are welcome to stay on after the event. Complimentary soft drinks provided. As usual, bring your dancing shoes, a towel to sit on and a bag to stash your clothes. RSVP with your full name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
